I wanted to tell you not to stop adding background sounds and lyrics. (Go, Go, Go to the movie get, my, popcorn, please. I, like, extra butter.)It makes it interesting to listen to it again and again.

P.S.Squash kid meant BooKoo

P.P.S (To Josh) if you put every one of your messages together it has to equil one "Alice".

Thanx for listening.

I'm greatly upset. I was begging my mother for days to buy me moosebutter t-shirts to go back to school in, sadly, you are out of stock...no new school clothes. *sniff* Oh well, I assume that you will have some after school starts? Yes, of coarse you will. Unless Glen was the one who stole all the shirts, you'll never see thme again...It's sad...I NEED THOSE SHIRTS!!!

kan you phind my face on this web page? yes, It's on here some where....find me, win a prize...
We will send out an email shortly about our shirts. We need. You need. Cheryl Tiegs needs.   —moosebutter

Hey Chris!! I was looking at a picture of you signing a shirt for me, and I realized that you are left handed. Well, HAPPY LEFT-HANDERS DAY!!!(and anyone else that is left-handed!!)
We should have a "Happy Left-Handers Party", where all we do is high-five each other with our left hands. Do everything at the party with JUST our left hands.   —moosebutter

Multiple bonus questions: 1) What happened to Glen, seriously? 2)Why do you keep switching people around in the band, like, only Tim, Chris and Weston are always in the concerts but the fourth moose keeps changing. 3)Did Jorge record the CD Udder Won with you guys or was it Glen? 4)Why did you call yourselves Moosebutter? Why not like Duckjam? Or something else? 5)Will you guys come back to Northern Utah or very southern Idaho and do the name a non-moosebutter song so that I can hear you guys do a moosebuttered version of Footloose?

I think that's it. Yep...I think so.
1) Glen s'ploded. 2) Because Tim has Tourette's. 3) No. 4) Duckjam is gross, whereas moosebutter is quite silky and pleasant to the taste buds. 5) Only if you give us lots of duckjam.   —moosebutter

Hey, You guys really need to come back to Minot!!You were probably the most exciting thing to happen in this place!!!!!Well, for me you were. I sing a lot and you guys are just the greatest!!! If you come to the fair this next year I will go to every single one of your shows!!!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE COME BACK NEXT YEAR!!!!! You guys should teach some sort of performing arts class here, because I WOULD GO!!!! I loved dancing as a crusty pirate on stage at the fair and I would love to do it again!!Maybe I'll win this time and get something other than my sweet, autographed by Moosebutter 98 Degrees valentines!Although I really do love those valentines. I have them out on display in my house so EVERYONE can see them. And a word of caution....If a friend(cough*Jorge*cough) writes on your car window with a window marker...HAVE FUN getting it off....I had to scrape that thing for hours!!!I also have masking tape on my car...It looks rather attractive....Not. Have fun with all of your upcoming shows, and don't forget, COME BACK TO MINOT OR JENNA SKELDUM WILL SEEK REVENGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wow.That almost seemed scary...Look at all those exclamation points!!!COME BACK, PLEASE!!!!!
Ya... almost... scary....

Jenna, and everyone else: tell the fair how much you liked us. Everyone, for any event you see us at, tell the organizers/schedulers/people in charge what a good time you had - call them, email, tell them on the way out of the venue. Seriously - event organizers only hear complaints because people don't bother to tell them when they had a good time. EXCEPT FOR MOOSE FANS! True, Dedicated Moose Fans tell them when they had a good time. Don't you, True, Dedicated Moose Fans? And you're very Calm and Polite when you do it, don't you, True, Dedicated Moose Fans?

And FYI, if you want to contact the North Dakota State Fair, you can call 701-857-7620 or email them via www.ndstatefair.com/contactus/   —moosebutter

Does Weston always wear a shirt with the moose going one way while the other three have the moose going the other way? If so, is it intentional?
Nope, just felt like we should wear the white shirts. I usually wear the black one. Plus, wrong-direction moose is symbolic of "doing things differently", kinda like a big game hunter.   —moosebutter

I was going to read through and saw an entry from someone named "Moose Fred" and he (or she) was talking about a girl scout song. Ok, here I go. It's an echo song, repeat the words the exact same way.

There was a great big moose,
(there was a great big moose)
He liked to drink alot of juice,
(he liked to drink alot of juice)
There was a great big moose,
(there was a great big moose)
He liked to drink alot of juice.
(he liked to drink alot of juice)

Singin' Oh a Oh,
(singin' oh a oh)
Way oh way oh way oh way oh,
(way oh way oh way oh way oh)
Waaay oh waaay oh,
(waaay oh waaay oh)
Way oh way oh way oh way oh.
(way oh way oh way oh way oh)

The moose's name was Fred,
(echo)
He liked to drink his juice in bed,
(echo)
The moose's name was Fred,
(echo)
He liked to drink his juice in bed.
(echo)

(The whole "Way Oh" thing again)

He drank his juice with care,
(echo)
But he spilled some in his hair,
(echo)
He drank his juice with care,
(echo)
But he spilled some in his hair.
(echo)

(Way Oh thing)

Now he's a sticky moose,
(echo)
Cause he's all covered in Juuuice,
(echo)
Now he's a sticky moose,
(echo)
Cause he's all covered in Juuuuuice.
(echo)

(Way Oh thing and you're done)

I don't know why, probably because i'm bored out of my mind, but I decided to press buttons that I had never, ever, pressed before on Moosebutter.com. In the process, I decided to read to whole moosebook. Then on page 9, I went to the news/musing page. Then I read all of that. It was all very interesting. Did you kno that on the News page, you count that pages from 15-1, but on the moosebook, you count them 1-9? using reverse physicology. Nice.
WARNING-- straightforward, non-funny response to follow:

Good eye. They both used to count up, but then we realized that the oldest items kept changing page numbers as new items were added. The oldest guestbook entry used to be on page 1, then page 2, then page 3, etc. etc. etc.

With the reversed numbers, the old items will always stay on the same page number. The very first few "musings" will always be on page 1, etc.
I just haven't had the chance to switch around the guestbook code yet.   —moosebutter

Hello, Moostbutter! A guy a named DancingMoose joined my message board a year ago and posted...

"Hi! I'm not a member of moosebutter, but am a good friend of the group. I was actually looking for stuff about them on the web to work on some website content of my own, and I stumbled upon this site. For those who are wondering, Moosebutter's style is comedy A Cappella. They are wild, wacky, and sometimes just plain weird, but are guaranteed to be funnier than a pair of jeans. Visit www.moosebutter.com for more info and sound clips and stuff!"

I thought that was really cool that a friend of MooseButter posted at my forums. If DancingMoose sees this, I just wanted to say Hello!

I downloaded the "Star Wars" song off a Star Wars fansite, not knowing whut it was. After my friend and I carefully examined the song, we discovered the term "moose butter," so I googled it. That's how I found this website. I'd like to buy both of your CD's, but sadly, I haven't had CD money in a long time. However, after I get my "Stargate: Atlantis" TV soundtrack, I plan to buy BOTH Moosebutter CD's in one go. I love the musical samples as they crack me up.

Do you plan on releasing a third CD?

Sincerely,
Daniel, a Moosebutter Fan
Thanks much, Daniel. Amazing what you stumble across on the Internet, eh? We DO plan on releasing a third CD, a Christmas one. You will laugh so hard that every gingerbread house in the world will crumble. Spread the word!   —moosebutter

Hey Weston, can you do a dolphin sound? You can make every other sound, so we figured you could. If you can, you guys should learn the HitchHiker's Guide to the Galaxy's dolphin song, called Thank's for All the Fish. This is the first song in the movie. This is all Megan's idea, who is telling me what to type. And now she is telling me how to spell, because right now my fingers are all tired from eating pizza, which is baked in a tile oven. Bye!-Megan's idea..hehe
I can. And we'll look into that.   —moosebutter

I have a complaint. You know the Harry Potter song? Harry would not marry Hermione, he would marry Ginny, if he dosen't die first! Thank you, that is all. Oh, and Dumbledore might not be dead. Take a look at www.dumbledoreisnotdead.com it takes a few hours to read everything. I worship the books, not the movies.

O.K. I just got back from an amazing trip to Longmont, Colorado. The only thing that could have made it even better was a show from Moosebutter. I recuited my cousins, and aunt and uncle into the Moosebutter pandemonium. They will now be at any show I tell them about that is anywhere close to Longmont. Oh...and I have a suggestion about your sunburned necks, there is a invention that is newly out called sunscreen. It works wonders. You can buy it at Wal*Mart, I think. I just found it. I went to this amusment park, Kings Island, in Ohio, with Megan, and I only got burnt under my eyes.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, put up a picture of Jorge. Or are you trying to keep the suspense(?,missing "s" words page from dictionary) growing? Because if you are,I guess that's ok. But if you want all your fans to meet him in person first, then you had better get out Midwest, cough*IndianaOhioKentucky*cough. And fast, because we're all dieing of anticipation.

Feeling Left Out
July 26, 2006, 06:10 pm CDT
Hey! I live on the East Coast and I love your music, though I've never seen you guys live. I bet you're awesome in performance and I can't wait until you come out East so I can come to a show.

I'm confused, though. I see these comments about Jorge (or George...which is it, already?) and I don't know who he is. I guess I'll be able to see him in the fall, but in the mean time I feel very left out. Why should some of your fans get to meet your new member just because they live near you. Can you put up some pictures (his hair sounds legendary) or maybe some clips of his VP? I'm an avid fan and I want to stay updated on the group but I can't find any way to learn about the new guy.

Help. Please.
No, we cannot put up clips of Jorge's Vice President.

That would just be bad form.   —moosebutter

I'm responding on your comment to Matt. Why isn't Moosebutter called Paltrowbutter??
P.S. Matt is a close friend of mine and we are thinking of starting a parody band, got any band name? I want a suggestion from each of you and Matt and I will vote.
What is Paltrow? Is that, like, some kind of garden vegetable? Or, like, a brand of heavy equipment?   —moosebutter

are you guys ready for the funniest story ever!! so my sister went on a blind date with this guy up to timpanogas and a mosquito bit her right below her eye. (just like weston's sister) she is home now and her whole face is swollen and her eye looks like its going to pop out!! i woke her up this morning singing your song and she chucked a phone at me... instead of killing mosquito's i'd like to congradulate them for making my sister look like the hunch back of Notre Dame!!
You know WHY she has a swollen eye? Because she didn't clap loud enough during "I Hate Mosquitos" at the last show.   —moosebutter

Jorge is awesome! How do you make all those drum sounds? Why isn't he on the website? I want to see more pictures of him and his awesome hair. I can't even find his name or e-mail anywhere on your site. What's up?
There's actually a minature drumset and drummer that I keep in a suitcase. Before every show, the whole group has to help me install them into the back of my throat.

Also, my email is jorge@moosebutter.com

Easily the biggest "PLEASE" we've ever received. Except for that one time when Paul Haggis asked us to be in one of his films, and we said "no". Seriously, we'd LOVE to come. But, ya have to do some legwork for us. Give us the name(s) of the people that are in charge of hiring acts for your school (Student Activities, Administration). Email us their contact info. Then, do whatever you can to give them a favorable impression of us - muster up all the moosebutter supporters at your school and all of you contact them. Remain sane and, well, just stay sane. One 'please' ought to do it for them. And then we can take care of the rest. Thanks!   —moosebutter

Hello Moosebutter. This is me, heaping on the praise and adoration. Thanks for spicing up the dull Havre fair for a bit, and for not laughing too hard at my lame attempt to dance like a mosquito. You guys keep up the good work, and like Cheyenne said, watch that PJC.
Autumn, your heaping is heavy and causing my vertebrae to squeal with painful joy. Thanks much. No dance is a "lame" dance, unless you write about it on a "Guestbook". Enjoy your last year of hike school and be good. Endless PJC. Mmmmm.   —moosebutter

Hey guys, I really enjoyed your shows. All three of them. Even if you did sing the songs more then once. I could listen to them all day. You songs really made me laugh, and they could make anyone smile. I really enjoyed the games that we played. Weston I'm sorry but Sara, Chris, and George (Can't) Jones, and I totally kicked your teams butt. You better get to workin on your pitching and batting skills. I am really glad that I got to meat all of you. Keep up the amazing singing and I hope to see you at the fair next year. Better yet at our school. Miss you all.

Cheyenne
Thanks much for enjoying ALL of our shows. Makes it more fun to have a girl like you out there, screaming wildly for us. We love doing our shows, because we feel that people don't get to laugh enough. Or play wiffleball enough (by the way, Weston LET you win). I loved your three-spin swinging strike. We had a great time "meating" you, too. Remember, send us an email with the name of your administrator at your school and we'll see what we can get lined up. See ya, Nebraska!   —moosebutter

Hey, I'm one of the guys from I EAT GLUE. The site can be found here: http://www.ieatglue.tk . We have 8 videos that we have made so far that you can check out. Most of them use really weird royalty free songs that are almost elevator music.

Hi, I am wondering why your name is moosebutter. It kind of sounds like moose butt. MOOSE BUTT. Weird. Will you try to make up a song about bananas and ducks?
We would NEVER use a band name that speaks of posteriors. Maybe we can put that in a song about bananas and ducks and put it to the tune of Chariots of Fire. Send us some lyrics!   —moosebutter

Hey, I went to a couple of these guys' shows when they were at the Havre fair, and I want to say that they made me LAUGH OUT LOUD!! They were awesome. But one word of advice for anyone who goes to one of their shows, TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONE!!!! My cellphone rang in the middle of their show, and they surrounded me and off the top of their head sang a song about my cell phone-haha- You guys are great!!! ~~CHELSEA~~(the blonde girl with the ringing cellphone...)

Why don't you guys have Jorge on your website? Rumor is he's touring around with you now. I heard him once this year and he is one of the most talented vocal musicians I have ever heard. If the rumors are true, please give him the credit he deserves. I'm sure he is working hard at that choreography.
You must not have been listening very hard.   —moosebutter
