Notes/Trivia
Solo Tim, ending by Weston, and at times Chris has sung the middle part.
This song was lovingly stolen from the group 'Led Slurpee,' which was a made-up group that wrote the parody and recorded it and had it air on Dr. Demento - Funny 25 back in 1991! Yes I'm old. Did it with Bryant W. Smith on guitar back in the original moosebutter days. Yah!
Original song by Aerosmith.

Blue Moose
Lyrics
Blue Moose I saw you standing alone eating your sweet marshland weeds filling your nutritive needs
Blue Moose you are so manly and strong smell like a thick compost heap sound like a sick dying sheep
And when I saw you (mumbles) ... (waffles) ... (makes something up)
Oh blue moose, (can't think of anything good to say, looks nonchalantly at the ceiling)
Techno Break
Blue Moose (continues with improvisatory nonsense, backup singers become annoyed, challenge soloist to a duel using ballpoint pens and obscure Latvian surnames)
Notes/Trivia
Solo by Tim
Canada

CANADA!
Our neighbors to the north!
CANADA!
You boldly sally forth!
CANADA, oh CANADA!
You're awfully full of Canadiens!
v.2
CANADA!
You wear your woolen pants!
CANADA!
You're not as bad as France!
CANADA, oh CANADA!
Your engine block ate pistachios!

Notes/Trivia
Solo by Weston
Yup, this is the Veggie Tales song - silly songs by Larry, actually sung by Mr. Lunt. Tim arranged this to perform at a BYU A Cappella Jam, and it was a keeper from day one. We like it because we actually get to both rock out (rare) _and_ be musical (yet more rare).
Popcorn
Lyrics
I looked out the window and what did I see?
Popcorn popping on the apricot tree.
Spring has brought me such a nice surprise:
Blossoms popping right before my eyes.
I can take an armful and make a treat,
A popcorn ball that would smell so sweet.
It wasn't really so,
But it seemed to me
Popcorn popping on the apricot tree
["instrumental" solos]
I looked in the kitchen and here is the stopper:
Apricots blooming in the popcorn popper.
Mom has conjured this amazing show,
Apricots blooming in the tupperware bowl.
I can pick it up but it kind of hearts
'Cause it's hot and dribbles and it stains my shirt.
It wasn't really so,
But I believe Judge Wapner
Apricots blooming in the popcorn popner.
Popcorn poppin' on the apricot tree
[repeated ad nauseum]
